1. Can I use my PD budget for coaching?

Yes! Coaching fits perfectly under Professional Development, especially when it supports leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, or well-being.

2. How do I get it approved?

Most people need a short email or form sent to their manager or HR. After our call I will provide you with a simple proposal and quote to make the process smooth and easy.

3. What if I’m not a manager or leader yet?

No problem. Coaching is for anyone who wants to grow at work and in their career, whether you’re stepping into leadership or want to feel more confident, focused, and effective in your role.

4. How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your goals and budget, but most people do between 3 and 10 sessions over a 2 to 6 month period.

5. What do we actually do in coaching sessions?

Each session is tailored to you. Sometimes, we’ll be having a focused coaching conversation, sometimes we’ll be developing a capability, and other times we’ll dive into practical tools or new skills. Whatever supports your growth and goals the most.

6. Do you offer group PD programs?

Yes. Get in touch to discuss group or team options specific to your needs.

7. What does it cost?

Pricing ranges from $800–$2800 + GST, depending on the number of sessions and whether we include Emotional Intelligence or leadership assessments.
We can also include a 3-way conversation with your manager, something many clients find helpful for aligning goals and getting the most out of the coaching.
