Lesson 1 - Mindset Mode

Developing a Coaching Mindset

Showing up open, curious, and intentional

How does your mindset shape how you show up and impact others at work, and what would change if you shifted from autopilot to intentional awareness?

Mindset Mode is about how you show up, before you even say a word. It’s the internal focal point you take into every conversation, meeting, challenge, or decision. This lesson helps you shift from reacting to responding, from assumption to curiosity, and from fixed to growth-oriented thinking.

At its core, Mindset Mode develops a coaching mindset: one of open, curious, flexible, and intentional. These qualities allow us to pause, reflect, reframe, and lead especially in stressful, uncertain, or fast-moving moments.

Whether you’re a team member, manager, or leader, Mindset Mode equips you with simple, powerful habits that can improve how you think, interact, and make decisions every day.
