Lesson 3 - Communication Mode
Listening & Asking Better Questions
Creating clarity, connection, and insight through everyday conversations
How often do we listen to reply — instead of listening to understand? And what shifts when we ask better questions that spark reflection, ownership, and real change?
Communication Mode is about how we speak and listen — not just the words we use, but the intention and awareness behind them. It invites us to slow down, tune in, and communicate in a way that builds clarity and connection, rather than control or correction.
At its core, Communication Mode helps you strengthen two essential coaching skills: deep listening and powerful questioning. You’ll learn to stay present, listen beneath the surface, and ask questions that open up thinking — not shut it down. These small shifts change the quality of conversations and make space for people to feel heard, capable, and engaged.
Whether you’re giving feedback, mentoring a colleague, leading a meeting, or simply navigating daily team interactions, Communication Mode equips you with simple, intentional practices that lead to stronger collaboration, fewer misunderstandings, and more thoughtful conversations.
